GPush
GPush is FINALLY back in the AppStore [$0.99 - iTunes link]. GPush is an app that brings push notification for Gmail to the iPhone and iPod Touch. Below are the feature.
- Instantly receive Gmail new message notifications on the iPhone
- Set it and Forget it: All you have to do is download the app and decide how you want to be notified of new email. You never have to open the app again after that.

GPush finally made it BACK to the AppStore after it was quickly pulled the first time due to a server issues.

8GB iPhone 3GS
There have been a lot of rumors flying around the internet about a 8GB iPhone 3GS.

Gizmodo just confirmed that the rumor is not true. Below is from Gizmodo.
UPDATE: A Rogers spokeperson returned our email, confirming our suspicions:
“You’re right, there is no 8GB 3G s iPhone. There is a formatting error on our website. It is being corrected asap”

GPush finally made it to the AppStore but was quickly pulled due to the server issues. Below is from the the makers of GPush
“On Saturday August 8, 2009 GPush made it into the App store. We are currently experiencing a server issue and have temporarily pulled the app from the store while we work on the problem. This is an issue with our servers not the application and we will not need to go through the approval process again. If you have already downloaded the application, please know we are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.”
The team expects things to be back to normal and the app to be back in the AppStore in the next 24 hours.
